Shooting workouts for boys in grades 5-11 & girls in grades 5-11!  Coach Dan Gould is an experienced AAU and high school coach & Athletic Director.  He was a three-time all-scholastic at NQHS and a star at Framingham State.  (He also happens to be one of the best shooters I've ever met!)  Nobody does it better!

Three options available!

     Mondays from 7:25-8:15 at Derby Academy (starting September 15th) (boys g.5-11 or girls g.5-11)
     Thursdays from 7:40-8:30 at Derby Academy (starting September 25th) (boys g.5-11 or girls g.5-11)
     *Additional sessions may be added as well if these sell out.

(No sessions on Columbus Day, Monday October 13th)

Seven 50-minute sessions with a focus on getting as many shots up as we can! We'll work on different types of shots and finishes, and help players develop proper form and use it consistently. Players will record and track their progress as they go. The modern game is all about shooting! Great shooters need instruction, feedback, and most importantly lots and lots of reps!
