Shooting workouts for boys in g.5-11 or girls in grades 6-11!

Seven 45-minute sessions with a focus on getting as many shots up as we can! We'll work on different types of shots and finishes, and help players develop proper form and use it consistently. Players will record and track their progress as they go. The modern game is all about shooting! Great shooters need instruction, feedback, and most importantly lots and lots of reps!  Let our expert staff help you reach your potential!  Limited spots available!

Sessions are Mondays from 6:00-6:45 at Norwell Middle School.
